Descriptions: Beginner's (Mondays) A class that caters to seniors and those who prefer a gentle class. Includes pranayama techniques and ends with Yoga Nidra.
Intermediate (Thursdays) For those with previous yoga experience. Explores more advanced postures, pranayamas and other forms of meditation.
Days and Times: Mondays 2:00 – 3:15 pm Thursdays 3:30 - 4:45 pm:
