Location: Shambala Yoga Studio 9244 Mentor Ave. Mentor, OH (In the Staples Plaza at 9244 Mentor Avenue. Located just East of Kmart, on the south side of Mentor Avenue (Rt 20), before you get to Heisley Road.)
Description: Open Level Yoga Open to all fitness levels. Mindful breathing will flow into physical postures focused on strength-building, flexibility and balance. Each class will end with a meditation that will leave you feeling both energized and relaxed.
Day and Time: An ongoing class that meets every Saturday morning 11:00am – 12:15.
