Location: Shambala Yoga Studio 9244 Mentor Ave. Mentor, OH (In the Staples Plaza at 9244 Mentor Avenue. Located just East of Kmart, on the south side of Mentor Avenue (Rt 20), before you get to Heisley Road.)
Description: Intermediate Yoga You can start at anytime. This is a class for those seeking to progress in their yoga practice. Includes more advanced practices on all levels. Day and Time: An ongoing class that meets every Friday evening 5:15pm – 6:30pm.
